Malta: festive Valletta
This is the church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Valletta, seen from our cruise boat.
On July 16th this year, the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel will be celebrated in Valletta. The city has been decorated for this special occasion. I would like to show you some street decorations that you can see here this week. On Monday, all this will be taken down and stored for next year. Let’s have a walk around the decorated part of Valletta:

And the special place, it is a…….farmhouse. In reality it looks like a small castle:

What a perfect time to be in the city at their festival. The farmhouse restaurant looks beautiful. Leave it to pat to find and plan such amazing places to visit.
